Can I order by phone?

We do not have a phone order service at present. Our Customer Service team will reply any email within 24-48 hours.

What if the price changes after I’ve ordered?

Our product range and prices are regularly updated. All prices including promotions and sales, are valid as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Even if the product price changes, you will still be charged the amount which was valid when you placed your order.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay for your order by using a MasterCard, VISA or America Express credit card and Paypal.

If you have received an Online Gift Voucher, you can also use that for payment.

Can I engrave my Royal Crystal product?

We do not offer engraving service at present. This may become available in our future development.
